Kaai City Kortrijk: living, working, and studying united

Syncura Kortrijk has been appointed as property manager for VME Kaai City, a project in the heart of Kortrijk, on the banks of the Leie River. Kaai City combines living, studying, and working in a vibrant and forward-looking urban environment.

The project comprises 123 residential and commercial entities, 200 student units, and 150 underground parking spaces. The mix of apartments, studios, and workspaces creates a dynamic neighborhood that fits seamlessly into the urban fabric of Kortrijk.

Sustainability is central to Kaai City. The buildings are heated fossil-free via an innovative energy supply with a BEO field and heat pumps, which also uses the Leie river for heat and cold exchange.
