Nexuss: sustainable living in the center of Schelle

Syncura Antwerp was appointed to manage the co-ownership of Nexuss, a contemporary residential project in the center of Schelle, developed by Straco Real Estate.

The project comprises 64 apartments, one commercial space, and 76 parking spaces. Nexuss targets a broad audience, including first-time buyers, bon vivants, and investors, and combines comfortable living with easy accessibility and a peaceful environment.

The apartments are designed with sustainability and future-oriented living in mind. The project complies with the BEN standard (E20) and is equipped with heat pumps, underfloor heating, individual solar panels, a ventilation system D, and spacious terraces, among other things, which contributes to a high level of living comfort and energy efficiency.
