Cartijnenveld Residence: historic living in Leuven

Syncura Leuven was appointed to manage the co-ownership of Residence Cartijnenveld in Leuven. This unique residential complex combines historical heritage with contemporary living.

Cartijnenveld was created from the renovation of a former gendarmerie barracks. The project was completed in December 2010 and covers a total area of 13,338 m².

The residential complex offers a varied range of housing types. It includes 8 ground-level homes with gardens, 3 penthouses, 14 duplex apartments, 11 apartments, and 36 student rooms. In addition, the project has 145 parking spaces, which contributes to the comfort of residents and users.
