Park op den Berg, a new collaboration for Syncura

We are proud to announce that Syncura Mechelen – Vilvoorde has been appointed to manage the co-ownership of the new-build project Park op den Berg – Blocks A and B in Heist-op-den-Berg. A contemporary residential project where quality of life and green surroundings go hand in hand.

The project comprises 36 apartments, spread over two buildings: Block A (21 apartments) and Block B (15 apartments). The architecture has been carefully tailored to the natural slope of the Heistse berg, with flowing lines and rounded corners that bring harmony between the building and the landscape.
