Compiling a basic file

Together, the co-ownership charter, the rules of co-ownership and any house rules form the articles of association of co-ownership, in other words the bible for the building. These basic documents – together with all periodic or non-periodic (maintenance) contracts – form the basic file. All these documents can be viewed by any co-owner via the co-ownership web portal free of charge. Any co-owner can also view his or her personal documents (account statements, advances, etc.) in electronic format so that paperwork is kept to a minimum.
