Storing all documents, including the post-intervention file
On provisional acceptance of the common parts of a new apartment, the post-intervention file – commonly known as the PIF – will be handed over to the property administrator. This bundle will contain at least an as-built plan, a list of all contractors and a great deal of technical information such as electricity inspection reports, a piping diagram, information on ventilation and heating, etc..
The property administrator is also the keeper of all the relevant co-ownership documents: the articles of association, maintenance contracts concluded, the block policy for the building, contracts with suppliers, the co-ownership agreement, etc.. On termination of the mandate of the outgoing property administrator, these documents are to be transferred to the newly appointed property administrator within 30 days. Syncura also enables every co-owner to view all these documents in digital format via the building's web portal.
