Taking minutes of decisions and sending reports to all co-owners
The secretary of the general meeting will draw up the minutes of the meeting. It should be noted that the property administrator will usually act as secretary but there is nothing to stop a co-owner or a third party taking on this reporting task. In any case, the property administrator is to draw up the minutes. These minutes are to specify the decisions made by the general meeting, along with the voting results and the names of those co-owners who abstained or voted against the resolutions. At the end of the meeting, these minutes will be signed by the chairperson, the secretary and all the co-owners still present at that time. This report is then to be sent to every co-owner within 30 days of the date of the general meeting. Syncura will make these minutes available via the web portal the day after the meeting at the latest.
